The most distinctive feature in me would be my height, followed by my smile! I am a cheerful person who likes to bring smiles and happiness to my loved ones.
I have an inquisitive mind with the urge to know and learn about everything (“Jack of all trades, master of none”). My interest for Science developed back in primary school, when I insisted on conducting an outdoor Science experiment, which my teacher wanted to cancel due to the rain.
I like photography and traveling which complement each other for me to know about other cultures and to capture places that one cannot find in the cosmopolitan and fast-paced Singapore.

Dear Jia Yi,
It is good that you're inquisitive. This cna make you learn more as a person.
Furthermore, being involved in photography is also one good way to discover certain places and to get away from the hectic life in Singapore when you go overseas.
The first few sentences captivated my attention and made me want to read on further.
Overall a weel done post by you.

Hello Jing Yi,
I would like to affirm you that you are indeed a cheerful person and I too think you have a beautiful smile!
Your interest in photography as a hobby other than school work will enable you to develop as a more well rounded person and give you an avenue to destress.
On reading your biodata i think that the straight forwardness of your Biodata is a bonus and it captivates the readers attention.
Enjoyed reading ur post!

Hi Jiayi,
I really agree with you that your most distinctive feature is your smile! That was what I noticed when we first talked during the first lesson :)
I think that you did a very good job putting all the information in short and precise sentences. The points are very clear and straightforward. Reader-friendly.
When I read your first draft, you separated the points "photography" and "traveling". Now you combined the two parts together and make an even more impressionable point. Nicely done :)
Hi Binglin!
It is interesting to look at the world through my camera lens. I prefer taking photos of sceneries and people from different cultures. It gives me room for imagination and also to 'escape' from the madness in our hectic lifestyles.
Perhaps you can join me someday? ;)

Hi Hui Ming!
Thank you for your compliment!
I agree with your view on the need of an outlet for our emotions, especially when we are stressed.
I am an introvert and used to bottle up feelings in the past. Sometimes when my emotions exceeded my limit I would breakdown and cry. Fortunately, my brother-in-law taught me to find a way to relieve my stress and unhappines by diverting my attention to doing stuff that I enjoy!
PS: My name is Jia Yi. (Do not worry about it.) =)
Hi Yuyin!
My interests in photography and traveling only developed around the period I finished my 'A' Levels. I have yet been to many places that I yearn to visit (for example, Japan, Germany, Argentina, etc.)! I hope to earn more money for my traveling fees in future.
Remember the place that we talked about when I visited a rural area in China? The night shy was filled with dazzling stars that seemed to be almost within my reach. Unfortunately, my camera battery had run out then and there was a black out (due to the faulty generator) with no electricity supply to recharge my battery! I really hope to visit the place again (and hopefully the place would not lose its flavour from commercialization) and to capture that beatiful scenery.
Jia Yi =)
